the dominos driver decided to make an UNSAFE entry into trafic assuming that the person he cut off would be able to stop in time to avoid the accidnent that the unsafe entry caused. he assumed wrong. We all take risk in trafic every day. The dominos driver, instead of just pissing someone off and making them hit the brakes, ended up losing his life. tragic, but all the same, if he had decided not to cut someone off he would still be here. Ive seen the same thing go down in real life. festiva decides to cut in front of two racers. I KNOW he could see them comming but her just assumed that they would stop for him as he merged onto a 3 lane highway. They were going about 90, and the festiva caught it hard in the rear. 100% festiva's fault. I saw him thinking about it, i even honked my horn to tell him not to do it, but he couldnt wait. (i was on the RD, not behind the festiva) oh well
